Hi, Dean and Corinna. I just got back from Fort William this morning and wanted to drop you a line to thank you for planning such a good holiday for my friends and me. The guidance (both the trail guide and the detailed notes about the hotels and towns in which we stayed) were accurate and full of useful details and we had no problem at any stage of our holiday. Luggage transfers were similarly problem-free. We especially liked...no complaints at all about the other hotels; those are simply the ones that stood out as very good. Thanks again for arranging such a good holiday. We will look to you again when we plan our next one.

The accommodations on both trips were wonderful, I loved the variety on the Coast to Coast. The BNB on the WHW were awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NWW to my friends, thanks again.
