How to book your walking holiday



To book your walking holiday please choose one of the following options.

Online: Select our online booking form to book and pay securely online.

Telephone: Call our office on +44 (0)1257 424889. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Post: Download and print the booking form. Complete it and and post it back to us along with your deposit payment.

A deposit of £150 per person per holiday is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid online when you submit your online booking form, or by debit or credit card over the telephone, or by sterling cheque.

When we receive your booking we will process it and email booking confirmation to you within 7 working days. Should we be unable to process your booking i.e. due to places not being available on guided holidays, or accommodation already being fully booked for self guided holidays we will refund your deposit payment to you.
