Coronavirus COVID-19

Friday 10th July 2020

As the UK is coming out of lockdown we will commence operating holidays again from the 1st August 2020. We are available to be contacted by email (preferred method) or phone during office hours should you have any questions.

This information could change and we ask you to regularly check for any updates. You should also check travel advice from your own government. We have included some useful links below which we would encourage you to view.

If your balance payment is due and you are concerned about a holiday you have booked with us in 2020 you have the following options:

Self-guided holiday bookings
More than 56 days before your holiday start date
For 2020 holiday bookings we normally treat rebooking for another date as a cancellation and loss of deposit. However, please contact us if you wish to request a delay in your holiday start date to 2021 (subject to availability of accommodation). We will not apply our cancellation charge to any delays in your holiday start date, instead we will charge a 50 per person administration fee. We will honour your 2020 holiday price. The 50 is payable prior to booking change.
Less than 56 days before your holiday start date
If your holiday start date is within the next 56 days our usual booking conditions and cancellation terms will apply. If you are forced to cancel your holiday booking with us, we recommend you contact your insurance company to enquire about recovering any cancellation costs.

Guided holiday bookings
More than 56 days before your holiday start date
If you wish to transfer your holiday booking prior to your final balance payment due date, we will do the utmost to accommodate your request, subject to a 100 per person administration charge. We will honour your 2020 holiday price.
Less than 56 days before your holiday start date
If your holiday start date is within the next 56 days our usual booking conditions and cancellation terms will apply. If you are forced to cancel your holiday booking with us, we recommend you contact your insurance company to enquire about recovering any cancellation costs.

Cancellation by us
If you pay your balance and we are unable to operate your holiday the following options will apply
1. We can postpone your holiday start date to 2021, subject to availability of accommodation.
2. Offer a credit note to use against a future holiday.
3. Cancel your holiday and issue a full refund including deposit and any balance paid, but we will not have any further liability to you.

Factors outside our control
If we can provide your holiday but you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions you will need to contact your insurance company to enquire about recovering any cancellation costs.
